Lovely, elegant architecture with open terraces. Excellent attention and helpful staff. Top security and privacy in rooms. Good WIFI coverage and clean rooms. Pretty hotel with beautiful trees. Great food and charming management. Lovely design and decor. Really good swimming pool and view from room.

The hotel had a charming location with nearby cafes and restaurants. the open terraces and beautiful trees gave a sense of privacy to the guests. the rooms were bright and clean with comfortable bedding. the staff was very helpful and attentive. the WIFI coverage was good and the food was delicious.

The property lacked maintenance and cleanliness. the pool water was dirty, and the staircases and area around the pool were muddy and dirty.

this hotel was great place for exploring cuernavaca, loved it.

We loved the hotel's elegant architecture and private rooms on different levels. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and well-trained. The hotel had open terraces, cozy corners, lovely bedrooms, and beautiful trees. The pool water was perfect, and we enjoyed having a bathtub in our room.

The design and decor of the hotel were outstanding. the food was incredibly delicious and well presented. the swimming pool provided great refreshment with its crystal clear water and stunning views of the surrounding area.

Although the hotel is stunning, maintenance and cleanliness were lacking in certain areas, such as the stairways and pool. we experienced some disturbance at night due to noise from other guests.

The attention from the well-trained and helpful waiters was commendable, and security was great. The hotel's location near the historical center offered easy access to cafes, shops, and restaurants. The WIFI coverage was excellent throughout the hotel, and the bright rooms with striped bedding reminded us of seaside vacations. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
